There are two centenarian fig trees located at Yingtou Community Park of Daying Village that are separated by a road. Given their anthropomorphic male and female features, the two trees are also symbolically called the Husband and Wife Trees. Former Sinshih Town Mayor Cheng Chih-Nan personally composed a poem: Shu Cian Shu - Fuci Shu, Wusheng Shijie you cing tian (The trees are hand in hand, acting as wife and loving husband, a loving life in a world of silence) in admiration of the trees century- long companionship.
